Accurately prep and repack completed products to prepare for shipment.
Accurately repack parts into totes in accordance with customer requirements
Perform basic visual inspection audit of parts to verify parts match part numbers and meet basic quality standards
Perform manual and scale-counts to verify quantity of parts in totes match QPC
Clean pallet tags and Kanban labels
Read and comprehend instructions and following established procedures
Keep workstation clean and organized
Cross train in other areas
Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
Basic math skills
Detailed oriented, organized, and motivated
Ability to count and use scales
Ability to understand spoken and written English
Ability to work overtime and needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to sit or stand for 8 plus hours daily
Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
Ability to lift 30 plus pounds repeatedly
Ability to bend, stoop and walk frequently
Temperature controlled facility
Safety glasses at all times, safety gloves, non-slip work shoes, ear plugs as necessary
