Lead the development, implementation, and daily management of youth-focused initiatives across multiple sites. Supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure the quality and safety of enrichment activities and curricula.
Requires 3+ years of experience supervising teams and managing youth or community programs. Must be able to pass specific security background checks and possess proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Office.
