The role is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing subscription billing operations within the Zuora platform. This includes translating business requirements into system configurations and collaborating with Finance and Billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
Candidates need 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise billing and 3-5+ years of hands-on Zuora platform experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience with SaaS recurring-revenue environments are highly preferred.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
The Zuora Technical Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing the company’s subscription billing operations within the Zuora platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Billing, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations, test and implement changes, and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a desire to learn new systems quickly. The role requires balancing independent work with collaborative effort and ensuring system solutions keep pace with evolving business requirements as the organization expands into new markets.
This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.
