The Front Desk Representative is responsible for verifying patient insurance, collecting copayments, and managing patient appointments. They also handle incoming calls and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record system.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience in a medical front office and familiarity with EMR systems are preferred.
