The Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including echocardiography and vascular exams, to evaluate patient conditions. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment, documenting findings in electronic medical records, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Candidates must have at least one year of practical experience as a Sonographer, including 10 months in a clinical setting with cardiac or vascular ultrasound. Proficiency in echocardiography and vascular examinations, along with relevant state licensure or certification, is required.

The Sonographer is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to obtain images and data for the evaluation and treatment of patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions.
