The Site Director manages the daily operations of an accredited preschool, ensuring a safe and educational environment while leading a team of educators. Responsibilities include maintaining licensing standards, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with families.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, a Director/Administrative credential, a CDA, and at least 5 years of classroom experience. Proficiency in child development best practices and familiarity with Texas Rising Star and NAEYC standards are required.
