Conduct comprehensive eye exams and treat ocular diseases for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Provide patient education and coordinate care with families and staff using mobile optometric equipment.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Optometry degree and hold an active state license. The position is open to licensed optometrists at any stage of their career.
