You will design and implement AI-based solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve business processes across various departments. Additionally, you will manage internal data systems and provide support to teams to ensure the effective adoption of new technological tools.
Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field and possess practical experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, along with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for emerging technologies.

Trabajarás junto al responsable de IA y Automatización para ayudar a transformar la forma en que trabajan nuestros equipos, implementando soluciones prácticas de IA, optimizando procesos de negocio y mejorando la forma en que utilizamos los datos en toda la empresa.

Tu misión será identificar, diseñar e implementar soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial que reduzcan el trabajo manual, mejoren los procesos internos y ayuden a que todos los equipos de OneCoWork sean más eficientes.
Trabajarás con múltiples departamentos —incluyendo Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos y Customer Success— para comprender cómo trabajan, identificar oportunidades de automatización, mejorar la calidad de la información e introducir la IA en el día a día de la organización.

Durante tu primer año esperamos que seas capaz de:
• 21,000 – 25,000 € — 0 a 2 años de experiencia
• 26,000 – 32,000 € — 3 a 5 años de experiencia
