The role involves developing urban concept designs and managing technical urban-building procedures for lots and buildings. The candidate will collaborate with design teams and external consultants to monitor regulatory feasibility and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Requires a degree in Architecture or Urban Planning with up to 3 years of experience in urban and building scale projects. Proficiency in GIS, BIM software, and a strong understanding of Italian urban planning regulations are essential.
Oneworks è alla ricerca di un Junior Urban Designer, da inserire nella sede di Milano, che possieda:
buona capacità di analisi dell’inquadramento urbanistico e normativo di un sito di riferimento al fine di sviluppare un urban concept design;
buona capacità nello sviluppo di un procedimento urbanistico - edilizio di un lotto o di un edificio, in particolare nella predisposizione degli elaborati tecnici necessari.
Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella progettazione di almeno un progetto a scala urbana e un progetto a scala edilizia, oltre ad avere autonomia nell’interpretazione della normativa territoriale e comunale di un sito di riferimento.
Sarà competente nell'utilizzo di programmi GIS e della sintassi spaziale per produrre analisi territoriali per lo sviluppo di un masterplan concept, ma dovrà essere anche in grado di gestire software in ambito BIM, di modellazione tridimensionale e informativa per la gestione dei progetti sviluppati all’interno dello studio.
Nella posizione proposta, sarà responsabile della collaborazione e del dialogo con i team di progettazione e con i consulenti esterni, e dovrà contribuire alla preparazione di proposte sia tecniche che commerciali.
Il candidato selezionato lavorerà direttamente nell'ambito della trasversalità del team di sviluppo del procedimento urbanistico – edilizio, nei confronti delle attività dei team di progetto e si occuperà direttamente del monitoraggio urbanistico e normativo dei progetti, contribuendo in forma attiva alla verifica della loro fattibillità tecnica.
