Job Description
Community inspectors perform drive-through inspections of HOA property to assess compliance with the association's covenants, rules, and regulations. This information is used to help enforce standards that keep HOA's looking and working their best.
Qualifications
Eye for detail
Skilled note taking
Use of industry software and Microsoft Office
Understanding of HOA rules and enforcement
Additional Information
Inspectors must provide their own vehicle, and are compensated for miles driven, in additional to base pay.
