Manage and coordinate all functions of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure impeccable cleanliness and an elevated guest experience. Oversee staff scheduling, payroll cost controls, and maintain close collaboration with other departments to ensure room availability and facility standards.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hospitality, including at least 2 years as a Director of Housekeeping in a luxury hotel environment. Candidates must be able to lead and motivate others and be physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for entire shifts.

Overview:
Omni Hotel & Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to join our team. This team member will manage, direct, and coordinate all functions of the housekeeping and laundry departments and work in close collaboration with other departments to ensure an elevated guest experience throughout the property. As our heart of the house, the housekeeping department strives to maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep. The Director of Housekeeping also ensures cost controls are in place and supports a positive work environment for all associates.
