We are looking for an Affiliate Executive to help grow and manage our affiliate partnerships across multiple regulated markets. You'll work closely with partners, optimize performance-driven campaigns, and support initiatives that drive high-quality player acquisition.

• You have 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, operations, or customer support (iGaming is a plus).
• You have hands on experience using affiliate platforms such as Cellxpert, Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Affilka or similar.
• You understand the basics of CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid models and how they impact performance.
• You notice the details others miss and take ownership to fix things when something feels off.
• You’re comfortable working with data and can spot patterns or issues early.
• You communicate clearly in English and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and open to learning as you go.
• You’re not afraid to ask questions, challenge things, and suggest improvements.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners. 
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in line with acquisition targets. 
• Monitor affiliate performance and proactively optimize campaigns to improve traffic quality and conversion rates. 
• Set up and manage tracking links, post backs, campaigns and partner accounts within affiliate management platforms. 
• Manage creative libraries (banners, landing pages, newsletters) and ensure all content is up to date. 
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, exclusive offers and marketing materials with the markets and affiliates. 
• Analyze key performance metrics including FTDs, CPA, Revenue Share, NGR and player value. 
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for growth opportunities. 
• Ensure affiliates comply with company guidelines, market regulations and responsible gaming requirements.
