The supervisor will manage a team of over 75 tour directors, overseeing their recruitment, scheduling, and performance to ensure high-quality travel experiences. They are also responsible for resolving on-tour issues and providing ongoing support and training to the team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with travel industry experience being a plus. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Title: Supervisor, Worldwide Services
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Worldwide Services
Overview:
The position will be responsible for supervising a team of external tour directors for selected regions of the world and supporting them to achieve the desired overall quality results. Key responsibilities include performance management, recruitment, and scheduling tour directors. Additionally, the resolution of on-tour issues and concerns is a critical component of the position.
