The Site Supervisor acts as the primary on-site leader, serving as the face of the company to the client and managing daily security operations. They are responsible for leading the officer team, ensuring policy compliance, and documenting all security incidents.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a clean driving record. Applicants must also pass an extensive background check and drug screening.

Oatridge Security Group is looking for a Site Supervisor to join its rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for a security professional who takes pride in ownership, consistency, and leading by example. The Site Supervisor is the dedicated, on-site leader at an assigned location — the face of OSG to both the client and the officers they work alongside every day.
The Site Supervisor is not a roving or mobile role. They are permanently assigned to a single site and are expected to be deeply familiar with that site’s operations, culture, and client expectations. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, day shift, making it a stable, structured opportunity for a seasoned security professional ready to step into a leadership role.
Above all, the Site Supervisor is a role model. They set the tone for every officer at their site — in appearance, attitude, professionalism, and performance. They serve as the primary point of contact for their client and account manager, requiring a personable, customer-service-forward approach in every interaction.
OSG has over 20 years’ experience providing top-of-the-line security services to the commercial sector and U.S. Government, operating throughout Washington and Oregon. In 2020, OSG was recognized as the SBA National 8(A) Graduate of the Year.

Pay Rate: $29.05 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift- 7:00AM-3:00PM
