The Commodity Buyer manages strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships for direct materials and equipment to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness. They also monitor supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business and possess 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience in a high-tech or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills, is required.
