Full job description
Responsibility:
Drive the development of reference solutions and proof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases (e.g., parking assistance, seat belt reminder, occupant monitoring, and beyond)
Design, implement, and validate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes for next-generation UWB applications
Work closely with system architects and product engineers to provide high-quality technical support, while driving the definition and realization of new automotive UWB use cases
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, FAE, and Product Engineering teams to support new product introductions and accelerate market adoption
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, collecting requirements and identifying opportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications
Develop and deliver technical documentation, system-level support materials, and training content, contributing to knowledge sharing and customer enablement
Requirements:
Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, with a strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processing and machine learning
Proficient in programming languages including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS system and algorithm development
Solid understanding of signal processing and communication systems, including modulation schemes, angle of arrival estimation, and beamforming techniques.
Solid background in connectivity, RF, mm Wave Radar or UWB or similar wireless technologies
Knowledge of semiconductor and Automotive markets is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset
Proven ability to structure complex problem-solving processes
