The Route Customer Specialist is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering products along designated routes while maintaining high customer satisfaction. They must also perform vehicle inspections, complete accurate paperwork, and communicate effectively with logistics and fulfillment management.
Candidates must possess a valid CDL-B license with an air brake endorsement, a valid DOT card, and a clean driving record for the past three years. Applicants are required to live within 30 miles of the Hamtramck distribution center and be at least 21 years old.
We are looking for reliable, resourceful and enthusiastic Route Customer Specialists who are concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Route Customer Specialist will be driving along a designated route to deliver pre-ordered products, while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer.
To ensure success as a Route Customer Specialist, you should demonstrate a sound knowledge of customer service, be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. A top-notch Route Customer Specialist will be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying customers.
CDL-B Route Customer Specialist will securely load the correct orders, ensuring the safe transport of products, and delivery of those products safely and timely to the correct customers. Our regular routes run seven days per week and are almost exclusively evening and night-time hours. The majority of our drivers work 4 to 5 days per week.
