The Night Auditor is responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures while providing efficient and courteous service throughout the night. They must also handle client requests, provide information on hotel facilities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism and possess at least 2 years of professional experience in a 5-star hotel. Proficiency in Opera PMS and a very good command of the English language are mandatory.
