We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Performance Manager Freelancer to join our team from August through December, between 5–20 hours per week depending on the projects available. You will join a diverse squad of specialists, including Digital Performance Managers, Creatives, Project Managers, and Client Success Managers.
You will play a key part in driving superior results for our clients by leveraging your deep expertise in digital and performance media. You will deliver and optimise digital advertising campaigns to hit deadlines and exceed targets, and by analysing campaign and platform data, you'll develop actionable insights and recommendations that build trust and showcase the power of ntegrity's digital marketing and performance capabilities.
5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns within agency environments.
Hands-on proficiency in conversion, revenue, and donation tracking setup (including GA4 and Meta pixel/CAPI via Google Tag Manager).
Rigorous approach to pre-launch campaign setup, execution, and independent Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
Skilled in optimising campaign performance across various paid digital channels (Search, Social, and Display).
Strong foundation in media planning, results forecasting, and audience targeting.
Some knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, autonomous results for clients.
Preference for experience working with not-for-profit or values-based organisations.
End-to-end technical campaign setup, pre-launch QA, delivery, and ongoing optimisation across platforms.
Setting up accurate revenue and donation tracking to monitor campaign ROI effectively.
Focusing on campaign performance to maximize client results based on their core objectives.
Providing high-level advice on digital performance and channel strategy.
Communicating insights and progress through weekly reporting and comprehensive post-campaign reports.
