The Shipping Lead oversees the outbound team to ensure shipments are processed accurately according to client needs and vendor compliance. They are responsible for training staff, planning labor requirements, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of shipping experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
A Day in the Life
As a Shipping Lead, you will play an important part in leading the Outbound team by ensuring all outbound shipments are processed according to client and customer needs. This position will involve frequently lifting and moving boxes from 20 – 50 lbs. and wrapping pallets the entire shift. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM @ $21.00 /hr
Starting Pay:
$20.00 per hour + Shift differential
