The role involves operating and optimizing fermentation systems to execute experiments and validate engineering hypotheses. Key duties include scheduling experiments, monitoring fermentation parameters, and documenting standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fermentation Engineering, Bioengineering, Microbiology, or Biochemistry. Strong hands-on experience in fermenter operation and data analysis for fungal or bacterial fermentation is required.

You will be part of a collaborative pilot team of technicians working across fermentation and recovery operations. The team combines strong production experience with scientific curiosity, using pilot-scale equipment to validate engineering hypotheses, optimize products, and troubleshooting complex challenges. Together, we support the advancement of sustainable biological solutions that make a real-world impact.
As a Fermentation Pilot Technician, you will contribute directly to experimental execution and process development by operating and optimizing fermentation systems.
