The Project Manager will lead capital investment projects from concept through construction and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. They will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee project governance, including schedules, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with at least 5 years of engineering experience. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or process industries is required.

Working closely with Operations, engineering specialists, global stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, you will help transform investment plans into tangible business results.
As a Project Manager - CapEx, you will lead capital investment projects across Novonesis sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with business needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while collaborating with diverse teams in a global environment.
As a Project Manager – CapEx, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CapEx projects ranging from approximately €500K to €15M. The role combines strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, requiring strong stakeholder management, technical expertise, and leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
