The Adjuster Supervisor serves as the first line supervisor for Machine Operators and Utility persons, ensuring production lines run on schedule and at production speed. Responsibilities include monitoring quality, assisting in machine changeovers, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 2-5 years of machine operator experience. Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret safety and operational documents are also required.
