The Head of People will set the strategic direction for the People function in India and lead the local Talent Acquisition and People Ops teams. They will partner with leadership on organizational design and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and internal systems.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading HR functions in fast-paced, operationally intensive industries like hardware or retail. They must possess a solid grounding in Indian employment law and demonstrate a track record of driving mission and values into team operations.

Nothing is moving at pace, delivering hardware to a global audience with India standing as our most significant territory. However, our People infrastructure hasn't kept up. We currently lack a senior leader to provide strategic direction, establish necessary processes, or bridge the gap between the team and leadership. This position is about creating that foundation. You will act as the essential link, implementing the structural rigor and internal systems required for an operation of this scale.
