Responsible for the research, design, and development of soles and closure systems for bike and snowboard footwear. This includes managing Italian and Asian suppliers, coordinating with product teams, and overseeing laboratory quality tests.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in R&D development within the footwear or mold-making industry. Proficiency in Rhinoceros CAD, 3D printing software, and the English language is preferred.
- Responsabile per le attività di
studio, progettazione, realizzazione e sviluppo delle suole per scarpe Ciclismo,
Snowboard boots, Sistemi di chiusura, e Attacchi da snowboard;
- Gestione dei fornitori italiani e
asiatici, nelle attività di sourcing, condivisione brief, ricerca, e sviluppo.
- Coordinare l’avanzamento dei progetti
con il team prodotto
- Essere proattivo per portare
soluzioni innovative per il marchio
- Attività di gestione interna ed
esterna dei test laboratorio e il controllo degli stessi per garantire la
qualità dei progetti sviluppati
- Monitorare e negoziare il costo degli
stampi e dei materiali in linea con gli obbiettivi aziendali di budget e costo
prodotto.
- Richiesta
esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Developer R&D Hard presso
realtà del settore calzaturiero e/o stampisti;
- Ottima
capacità di lavorare in squadra per affiancare e supportare il team R&D
- Attitudine
al problem solving, organizzazione efficiente del lavoro e collaborazione.
- Preferibile
la conoscenza di alcuni
programmi specifici quali:
Cad per la progettazione: Rhinoceros o altro
Software per la gestione stampante 3D (Form 3L)
: PreForm
- Buona
padronanza della lingua inglese, comprensione, scritto, e parlato.
