We are looking for an Customer Team Coordinator to join our Customer Team for an exciting and developing experience in our Amsterdam office. As an Customer Team Coordinator at NORNORM, you will become a vital part of our Customer Team and support the team with implementations and customer relations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Assisting the Customer Team with flexible services ( e.g. advising customers who require functional changes to the installed design solutions).
Assisting the Customer Team in customer outreach prioritization, mapping our customer portfolio, assisting in outreach activities.
Supporting the Customer Team with daily administrative tasks in our CRM systems.
On the short-to-medium term you will also be taking on new customer accounts, which you will manage from end-to-end, with a strong focus on retention and increasing the revenue per customer.
Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
Identify improvements in our ways of working.
Support (where needed) on other tasks, including marketing & event initiatives, supporting with project installations, and assist with ongoing development initiatives.
You are recently graduated, ideally with a background in business, law, hospitality and / or spatial design.
You are already based in Amsterdam / within commuting range from Amsterdam, and you speak Dutch fluently - both are non-negotiable.
You thrive in a startup with a fast-paced environment and enjoy using your problem-solving skills when facing challenges.

While previous experience is not required, any prior experience in a client facing role will be considered an advantage
