Purpose of the Role
NORNORM is scaling across Europe, and our commercial and delivery teams work from one shared set of data. This is a development role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into real ownership. You'll start by learning and supporting the commercial systems and performance dashboards the teams across four regions rely on, and over time take on more of running them yourself. It's an analytical, hands-on role with a clear path from supported work to genuine ownership. It will suit someone who enjoys making systems run cleanly and turning data into decisions the business acts on.
Job description
You'll run, and over time own, the day-to-day of our core commercial systems and produce the KPIs and dashboards our regional teams and leadership review on an ongoing basis. We work with AI tools as part of how we operate, and we're looking for someone keen to build on that. As you ramp, you'll take on more independent ownership and support the build of new capabilities as the function grows, working closely with commercial, delivery and supply teams across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Run and maintain our core commercial systems day to day: configuration, data quality, automation and integrations, and the fixes that keep them working for the teams who depend on them.
Build and maintain the KPIs and dashboards in our analytics platform that the regional teams and leadership review.
Produce and progressively automate the performance reporting across all four regions.
Support new builds as the function grows; within sales, retention, delivery, operations, and self–serve analytics.
Success criteria (2026):
You've got up to speed quickly on our systems and ways of working, and you're using new tools, including AI, to do the work better over time.
Our commercial systems run reliably and the teams trust the data in them.
The regional teams can steer on data they trust, available how and when they need it. As much of this as possible runs self-serve and automated, rather than produced by hand each month.
The dashboards and metrics the teams need get delivered and actually adopted.
What we're looking for:
This is a graduate trainee position, we expect a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
An open, curious mind and real enthusiasm for working with AI and new tools. You need to be the kind of person who wants to try new systems, learn fast, and find better ways to work.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and building dashboards or reports people can rely on.
Self-directed, organized and reliable, with a genuine ownership mindset.
Fluent English; able to work from Stockholm.
A plus, but not required:
Experience administering commercial or CRM systems (configuration, automation, integrations).
SQL or hands-on experience with a BI tool.
Experience in a fast-scaling or international company.
What we offer you:
A 6-month traineeship where we mentor and help you grow as a professional, with the aim to hire on a full-time basis based on the performance success criteria.
If you are driven, determined and want to grow within an exciting scaleup, this role is for you. Come and join us!
