Full job description
This is a full-time, 100% on-site role from our Production site in Solna, Stockholm. As a Production Technician, you will assemble and ensure quality products are delivered on time. This includes assembly of electromechanical systems, performing in-process quality control, running tests and diagnostics along with software flashing and versioning. To be a successful Production Technician you should display great attention to detail and be practically oriented. Another core skill consists of identifying and effectively communicating potential manufacturing improvements to the engineering team.
Experience:
We are looking for somebody, likely with an engineering or manufacturing background, who satisfies the following requirements:
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work instructions and assembling mechanical/electrical components to spec
Experience using hand and power tools (torque wrenches, drills, soldering irons) safely and correctly
Experience performing basic quality checks on completed assemblies and flagging defects before handoff
Experience following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workstation (5S principles)
Experience working efficiently to meet production schedules and daily output targets
Manufacturing or assembly experience, ideally in electronics, aerospace, or defense
English required, Swedish a plus
Work hours: 8-17 with some flexibility
You should be: creative, organized, and proactive
