The Billeting Supervisor oversees daily lodging operations, travel logistics, and staff management within a remote camp environment. They are responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and enforcing company safety policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of directly related billeting supervisory experience. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to pass physical and background screenings.
The Remote Billeting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day billeting operations for personnel supporting the Security division. This role provides leadership and direction to billeting staff, ensures efficient accommodation assignments and travel coordination, and maintains exceptional customer service standards in a dynamic remote camp environment. The successful candidate must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to lead a team while adapting to changing operational demands.
This position follows a two (2) weeks on, two (2) weeks off rotational schedule and is based at the Kuparuk oil field.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Weather: Indoors/Outdoors – Frequently exposed to arctic conditions.
Noise level: The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Description of environment: Remote camp setting.
Physical requirements: Must constantly be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, push, pull use hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
