The Ocean Cargo Coordinator manages daily ocean freight import and export operations, including shipment tracking, documentation verification, and delivery coordination. They also provide exceptional client service, resolve operational issues, and handle billing and invoice auditing.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in a similar freight forwarding or NVOCC role and possess strong communication and time management skills. A high school diploma is required, and IMDG Dangerous Goods certification is considered an asset.

The Ocean Cargo Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of ocean freight shipments for both Import/Export operations, as well as providing client service/support while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the operational process.
