Help Students Launch Meaningful Healthcare Careers

About LearnMore

LearnMore, a program of Nile Sisters Development Initiative (NSDI), is a state-approved training provider dedicated to helping individuals launch meaningful careers in healthcare.

Our students come from diverse backgrounds but share one goal: building a better future through healthcare education. Every student who enrolls represents a life changed, a family strengthened, and another compassionate healthcare professional entering our communities.

About the Role

As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll guide prospective students through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional student experience from initial inquiry through orientation. You'll build relationships within the community, support students throughout their enrollment journey, and ensure LearnMore's admissions process is implemented with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and creating opportunities.

If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people and believes education can change lives, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Student Enrollment

  • Guide prospective students from their first inquiry through enrollment.
  • Conduct admissions interviews and assess student readiness.
  • Explain programs, schedules, tuition, financial options, and career pathways.
  • Follow up with prospective students to help them make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.

Community Engagement

  • Represent LearnMore at community events, career fairs, information sessions, and outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, workforce agencies, employers, and referral partners.
  • Develop outreach initiatives that increase awareness of LearnMore programs and support student enrollment.
  • Connect qualified prospective students with LearnMore's healthcare training programs.

Continuous Improvement

  • Execute LearnMore's enrollment processes consistently and accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the student experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement approved process improvements.
  • Ensure admissions records and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant.

Who Thrives in This Role

You'll likely enjoy this position if you:

  • Enjoy building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Are comfortable making phone calls, following up, and starting conversations.
  • Enjoy helping others overcome barriers to achieving their educational and career goals.
  • Believe education has the power to change lives.

Preferred Qualifications

We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Admissions
  • Student services
  • Community outreach
  • Workforce development
  • Career services
  • Education
  • Nonprofit programs
  • Customer success
  • Business development
  • Recruitment or relationship management

Experience working with youth and adult learners is preferred.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Reliable transportation is preferred for occasional community outreach activities.

Why Join LearnMore?

At LearnMore, you'll do more than enroll students: you'll help people change the direction of their lives.

You'll play an important role in helping students begin rewarding careers in healthcare while working alongside a collaborative team committed to excellence, professionalism, and student success. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our students and the communities they serve.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone dependable, organized, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in executing established processes accurately and professionally. We value curiosity, initiative, resourcefulness, and thoughtful suggestions that enhance the student experience while supporting LearnMore's mission.

If you're passionate about helping others begin meaningful healthcare careers while delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to join the LearnMore team.
