The Account Developer drives growth by identifying new opportunities and managing a portfolio of SMB clients in the consumer goods sector. They act as a primary contact to ensure client satisfaction, secure contract renewals, and coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business, engineering, or university background and be fluent in English. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the consumer goods (FMCG) sector is required.

Véritable moteur de développement, l’Account Developer joue un rôle clé dans la croissance de NielsenIQ auprès des acteurs PME/TPE de la grande consommation. Doté d’une excellente compréhension des enjeux du secteur et d’une maîtrise des solutions NielsenIQ, l’account developer accompagne ses clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques et transforme leurs besoins en opportunités de croissance durables.
Vous développez le chiffre d’affaires de votre portefeuille clients en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités (vente d’études, souscription à de nouvelles solutions...).
En tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients, vous développez une relation de confiance durable, grâce à des échanges réguliers. Vous sécurisez leur satisfaction, et le renouvellement des contrats.
Vous menez une prospection proactive et structurée afin d’ouvrir de nouveaux comptes, détecter des leviers de croissance et convertir des opportunités à fort potentiel. Vous pilotez les appels d’offres.
Vous agissez en véritable chef d’orchestre en interne en mobilisant les équipes NielsenIQ (analystes, experts, équipes de production) pour concevoir et délivrer des solutions adaptées aux besoins de vos clients.
Vous pilotez la performance de vos comptes : suivi des objectifs de revenus, prévisions de vente, gestion des opportunités dans Microsoft Dynamics 365 et rédaction des contrats clients.
Ce poste vous permet une large autonomie et un réel pouvoir décisionnel sur la gestion de vos comptes.
À l’écoute, et engagé(e), vous développez des relations de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs.
Votre intelligence commerciale vous permet de déclencher et transformer en opportunité vos rendez clients et prospects, en sachant valoriser la proposition de valeur différenciante de NielsenIQ.
Autonome et organisé, vous pilotez la gestion de vos comptes et prenez des décisions pour atteindre vos objectifs.
Votre rigueur assure une gestion financière fiable de vos comptes.
Vous êtes diplômé bac+5, école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université.
Vous parlez, écrivez et travaillez réellement en anglais.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 années d'expérience proféssionelle au sein du secteur de la grande consommation.
