The Senior BIM Manager leads the development and implementation of BIM processes, standards, and digital workflows across all architectural projects. This role involves overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, conducting QA/QC reviews, and mentoring staff to drive innovation in digital delivery.
Requires a degree in Architecture and over 10 years of proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dynamo, with at least 5 years in a BIM management role. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of modern building construction, architectural drafting, and site inspection principles.

The Senior BIM Manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM processes across all architectural projects, providing strategic oversight of standards, digital workflows, and coordination to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with industry, client, and builder requirements. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, this role supports multidisciplinary coordination, model integration, and data management throughout all project phases, while overseeing BIM software systems, QA/QC processes, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven tools. As a key technical leader, the Senior BIM Manager coaches the staff, promotes best practices, and drives innovation in digital delivery, contributing to the advancement of the firm’s BIM capabilities and overall project performance.
