The role involves providing initial consultation to customers and coordinating appointments via telephone. It also includes processing legal documents, managing correspondence with notaries and commercial registers, and handling accounts receivable.
Candidates must have a commercial vocational education and prior experience in customer support. Fluency in German (native) and very good proficiency in French and English are required.

Dafür suchen wir Verstärkung, um den hohen Kundenandrang weiterhin schnell und zuverlässig zu bewältigen. Tauche ein in die Welt der Startups und werde Teil unseres Teams als Sachbearbeiter:in Firmengründungen im Customer Care Center.
Für diese Position setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse voraus, da du unsere Kund:innen in beiden Sprachen kompetent betreust.
