The HR Business Partner advises clients on personnel issues, policy creation, and employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions. They also conduct training sessions, manage HR-related billing, and ensure client compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Candidates must have at least two years of human resources experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field is preferred.
