New York Sash is a leading specialty home remodeler serving Central New York. We install replacement windows, doors, siding, and bathroom remodeling products. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys keeping both our warehouse and facilities running efficiently.
This position is warehouse operations along with building and property maintenance.
Up to $21/hour to start (based on experience)

Oversee day to day warehouse operations
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
Pull, stage, and organize materials for upcoming installations
Assist the production department with deliveries as needed
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
Keep the warehouse clean and safe
Building & Property Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Seasonal maintenance including snow removal preparation and lawn/property upkeep
Maintain company equipment and tools
Identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems
Remove garbage weekly
QualificationsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid New York State driver's license
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Comfortable using lawn/snow care tools
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Able to prioritize work with minimal supervision
Dependable and punctual
Early morning availability
Warehouse experience
Building maintenance or facilities experience
Experience operating lawn equipment, or snow removal equipment
Knowledge of building materials
CDL license
Professional contractor license
