The Call Center Representative manages incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments and address patient inquiries. They also coordinate with clinic staff for walk-ins and maintain accurate patient documentation in electronic medical records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in computer programs and electronic health records preferred.
