The Climate Associate will help structure new risk transfer solutions for renewable and storage markets while managing portfolio reporting. They will also create content for investors and collaborate across the business to improve product strategies.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business and at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial services. Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel and SQL is required.

As a Climate Associate, you will work as part of the Nephila Climate Team, which focuses on creating solutions where the Energy Transition is driving innovation that is outpacing traditional channels of financing and risk transfer. This role will assist in creating new products, content and strategies for the Climate team and presenting it to risk counterparties and investors in a thoughtful way.
