Afin d’accompagner sa forte croissance, NeoXam recherche un Développeur .Net(H/F) pour son équipe de développement du produit Tracker, progiciel front/middle office à destination des sociétés de gestion de portefeuille (Asset Managers).
Intégré dans une équipe à taille humaine, au sein d’une R&D plus large, vous assurerez le maintien et le support de l’existant tout en intervenant également sur les développements requis par de nouveaux clients ; ceci afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients actuels et aussi pour accompagner l’expansion géographique du produit auprès de nos prospects à l’étranger notamment.
MISSIONS
Intégré à une équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes, l’activité est centrée sur les développements à réaliser dans le cadre de l’accompagnement de nos clients actuels et futurs. Il s’agit dans un premier temps d’assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l’outil développé en C#
Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des Products Owners, un Business Analyst, des QA et d’autres développeurs
Vous participez à des nouveaux développements en pour répondre à des problématiques soulevées par les clients
La forte croissance de l’activité autour de Tracker amène de nouveaux clients et un plan d’amélioration de son architecture
Environnement technique : C#, VB, .Net, WCF, Winforms, SQL Server, Azure DevOps.

PROFIL
Vous disposez d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5, Ecole d’ingénieur ou équivalent
Vous avez une expérience significative en développement de progiciel complexes en C#/.Net
Une expérience dans le domaine financier est appréciée
Vous avez de solides compétences techniques
Vous souhaitez participer à un projet transformation et avez une appétence pour d’autres technologies sur lesquelles vous êtes en veille permanente
Une connaissance Winforms, DevExpress et VB serait un plus
Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, et une capacité à élaborer un diagnostic
Enthousiaste, flexible et sens de collaboration
Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et le goût du travail en équipe
Vous avez un sens aigu de la communication, de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps
