Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek
NOK Clinics, onderdeel van de Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek, is gespecialiseerd in duurzame leefstijlverandering. We helpen mensen met (ernstig) overgewicht en bieden effectieve behandeltrajecten met medicatie, persoonlijke begeleiding en samen met onze cliënten stellen we realistische doelen. Onze behandelingen vallen buiten de zorgverzekering, maar bieden juist daardoor meer ruimte voor maatwerk en snelheid. Onze zorg is altijd persoonlijk, deskundig en gericht op resultaat.
Als Medewerker Front Office ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten, aan de telefoon en aan de balie. Je zorgt voor een vriendelijke en duidelijke ontvangst, regelt afspraken, verwerkt medische gegevens in het elektronisch patiënten dossier (EPD) en houdt het overzicht. Je bent een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team.
Je beantwoordt telefoontjes van cliënten en verwijzers op een professionele, efficiënte en vriendelijke manier;
Je ontvangt cliënten aan de balie en helpt ze verder met een glimlach;
Je plant afspraken in via ons EPD EMMA;
Je verwerkt (basis)medische gegevens in het EPD;
Je ondersteunt de collega’s met diverse administratieve taken;
Je regelt praktische zaken op de locatie, zoals schoonmaakplanning en bestellingen.
Een klein deel van je functie omvat ook het plannen van de logistieke doorstroom van onze patiënten in de kliniek, van binnenkomst tot afrondende afspraken.
enkele jaren ervaring heeft met klantcontact, bij voorkeur in een callcenter, front office functie of vergelijkbare omgeving;
stressbestendig is en makkelijk schakelt tussen telefoon, balie en administratie;
goed overweg kan met computers en systemen;
flexibel is;
secuur werkt en graag overzicht houdt;
klantvriendelijkheid vanzelfsprekend vindt, ook als het even druk is.

In de toekomst is de verwachting dat de locatie ook op zaterdag is geopend. Bij voorkeur start je eerder dan augustus. De eerste periode, totdat de locatie is geopend, zul je dan ingewerkt worden op onze locatie in Venlo.

By the end of 2007 Zorginitiatieven B.V. bought the NOK with one clinic in Hilversum to use it as a springboard to transform the business concept into reality. The concept entails the full integrated treatment of patients with obesity in which surgery, internal medicine, psychology, dietetics and physiotherapy is offered as an interdisciplinary health product. In the last two years the health protocol is developed meticulously; two new locations are opened; a joint venture is set up with hospitals and involved surgeons and a complete information system has been developed. Furthermore several opportunities are developed for more joint ventures, new locations and a new product development is in place to address other target groups with obesity The most leading surgeons in Holland are involved with NOK and together with the medical specialists, psychologists and paramedics the unique and leading concept is realized to treat patients with obesity. NOK is in that the largest clique in the Netherlands, with 3100 patients treated in 2012. The health product offered by NOK in the Netherlands fits one on one with the new guidelines for the treatment of morbid obesity and is in accordance with the Health Standard, which is determined by the Dutch government and the Dutch Health Authority.
