Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems including equipment and ductwork installation. Communicate system performance and recommendations to customers while maintaining accurate service documentation.
Requires prior HVAC experience and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. EPA Certification is required or must be obtainable, along with strong mechanical aptitude.
Position Overview
We are growing our team and now hiring skilled HVAC professionals to support current and future business needs at MTB Mechanical.
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components (for install roles)
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
Maintain accurate service documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Prior HVAC experience preferred (service, maintenance, and/or installation)
EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
