Act as the frontline voice for the company by handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls to book service appointments for residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Utilize internal CRM systems to accurately schedule appointments and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatching roles. Candidates must be proficient in basic computer systems and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As a National Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline voice of our company, answering inbound calls from customers in need of residential HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs. We are growing our National Booking Center and adding additional Customer Experience Specialists. Your primary role is to book service appointments with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism—ensuring our customers feel heard, valued, and well taken care of.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are key to success. This is full-time onsite in Charlotte, NC. Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent schedule of 7:00-4:00pm or 8:00-5:00 pm working five on-site days per week with two consecutive days off.
