Oversee daily front desk and housekeeping operations to ensure guest service excellence and a smooth stay. Manage team training, maintain health and safety standards, and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Requires three years of hotel experience, including two years in a supervisory role and experience in housekeeping. Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
