The content creator will plan and execute social media content for the bookstore, dining, and student centers. Responsibilities include attending strategy sessions, gathering content, and assisting with special events.
Applicants must be current NC State University students with a flexible schedule. Demonstrated experience in social media and marketing, along with a willingness to be on camera, is required.
Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Purpose: Campus Enterprises regularly relies on the use of student content creators and models for its social media, print, and web marketing. In this position, the content creator/model will work with the marketing managers and student marketing assistants to help plan and execute social media for the bookstore, dining, and student centers.
Compensation: Tier 3 at $13.00 per hour.
In addition, students who are eligible will receive longevity raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises.
Location: Talley Student Union
Work Schedule: This position is considered “as needed ” and requires work 5-10 hours a week, depending on the needs.
