Develop and deliver mental health group programs and workshops for elementary children and youth in Saskatoon schools. Collaborate with community partners and collect data to report on program outcomes.
Requires a degree in Social Work (BSW/BISW) with RSW registration and experience in group facilitation for youth. Must possess a valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and knowledge of trauma-informed practice.
Navera Community Connections is seeking a Community Program Coordinator for a permanent part-time ten month position. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children, youth, and families through impactful mental health programming in Saskatoon.
Position: Community Program Coordinator
Schedule: 4 days/week (Tues - Fri)
Hours: 28 hours/week primarily daytime hours (September to June annually)
Location: Hybrid – Navera office, home office, and designated schools in Saskatoon and area
Approximate Start Date: August 24, 2026
The Community Program Coordinator will primarily deliver Navera Community Connections programming for elementary age children and youth in designated schools throughout Saskatoon during the school year. Due to this being a school based program, this position will be temporarily laid off in the summer months. The primary duties and responsibilities are listed below, with the full job description available upon request. Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate to support overall team effectiveness and impact.

Compensation for this position is dependent on education and experience. Benefits include paid time off (4 weeks vacation (prorated), paid sick leave), paid professional membership dues, and regular internal and external supervision.
