Estamos em busca de um Analista de Produto Sênior com forte perfil analítico e orientação a dados para integrar nossa equipe de Produtos Digitais.
Nesta função, o profissional será responsável por apoiar o ciclo de vida do produto através da coleta, cruzamento e interpretação de dados quantitativos e qualitativos. Buscamos um perfil técnico maduro, com capacidade de gerenciar entregas de alta complexidade e que possua total autonomia para extrair grandes volumes de dados, transformando dados em recomendações de melhorias e planos de ação para o negócio e para o time de desenvolvimento.
Monitoramento de Indicadores: Acompanhar e atualizar os KPIs do produto, sinalizando desvios ao Product Manager (PM) e garantindo a visibilidade das métricas de crescimento e retenção.
Suporte ao Product Discovery: Executar análises quantitativas de comportamento do usuário (gargalos de conversão, análise de funil e retenção) para subsidiar as hipóteses de novos recursos e melhorias.
Execução de Testes: Configurar, monitorar e extrair os resultados de testes A/B e testes multivariáveis, para validar o sucesso das implementações.
Autonomia em Extração de Dados: Atuar de forma independente na extração e manipulação de dados, minimizando a dependência de equipes de Business Intelligence (BI) para as análises do dia a dia do produto.
Embasamento de Backlog: Apoiar na priorização do roadmap e do backlog técnico fornecendo estimativas de impacto e análises de custo-benefício baseadas em dados históricos.
Geração de Relatórios e Insights: Estruturar relatórios periódicos de performance do produto para municiar o time e os stakeholders com dados claros sobre o comportamento do usuário.
Pensamento Crítico e Analítico: Habilidade para investigar profundamente a causa raiz dos problemas reportados pelos dados.
Colaboração e Influência Técnica: Capacidade de argumentar e defender melhorias de produto perante o time de engenharia e design utilizando dados concretos.
Habilidade de Comunicação: Clareza para traduzir métricas técnicas e gráficos em conclusões simples para o restante do time de negócio.
