Organizado, comprometido e proativo, que tenha facilidade nas relações interpessoais, que goste e conheça de comunicação e processos de produção para desenvolvimento de campanhas e projetos.
Principais responsabilidades
-Agendamento de reuniões de briefings - internos e com os parceiros externos. comunicação.
-Gerenciar e acompanhar cronogramas e status dos projetos.
-Executar os processos de faturamento de projetos e campanhas.
-Organização e validação de apresentações e materiais com times internos.
-Elaborar relatório de feedback e compartilhar com stakeholders envolvidos no projeto.
-Gestão dos documentos e materiais relacionados ao processo de campanha e/ou toolkits.
-Acompanhamento e gestão dos processos de produção de projetos e campanhas entre os parceiros externos (como agências e produtoras) e time interno Natura.
-Gerenciar e comunicar os papéis e responsabilidades dos envolvidos no processo de comunicação e produção de campanhas e projetos.
-Consolidação dos materiais para desenvolvimento de relatórios finais dos materiais e assets produzidos e entregues em campanhas e projetos.
Organização e Visão de Processo: Capacidade de gerenciar cronogramas e fluxos operacionais/financeiros com excelência (o uso de planilhas e controle de prazos faz parte da nossa rotina).
Relacionamento Interpessoal e Proatividade: Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, dinamismo para solucionar problemas e habilidade em transitar entre diferentes públicos/stakeholders.
Conhecimento do Universo Digital: Entendimento da jornada do consumidor, tendências digitais e comunicação contemporânea, indo além dos formatos tradicionais.
Visão 360° de Comunicação: Conhecimento dos processos de produção e etapas de desenvolvimento de uma campanha de comunicação.
Experiência com projetos e campanhas regionais (LatAm / Hispana).
Familiaridade em trabalhar com ecossistemas complexos de múltiplos parceiros e agências.
