What will you be doing here?
Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na coordenação das operações de sustentação de sistemas SAP (S/4HANA), focando nas cadeias de valor de PTP (Procure-to-Pay) e MDO (Master Data Organization). Este profissional liderará a governança de uma operação crítica 24x7, sendo o ponto focal para garantir a estabilidade, alta disponibilidade e performance dos processos logísticos de abastecimento, suprimentos e cadastros de dados mestres de materiais da companhia.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Liderar e coordenar o time de operações de TI de fornecedores parceiros (N1 e N2) em modelo 24x7, garantindo o estrito cumprimento de SLAs.
Assegurar a estabilidade e a disponibilidade dos sistemas, mitigando riscos de paradas na frente de abastecimento.
Conduzir a rápida resolução de incidentes e problemas críticos, liderando war rooms e estruturando planos de ação resolutivos.
Monitorar e gerenciar indicadores operacionais da área (SLA, MTTR, disponibilidade e backlog), promovendo melhoria contínua.
Coordenar a tratativa e correção de falhas em integrações complexas entre o ecossistema S/4HANA e os sistemas satélites.
Atuar como ponto focal de tecnologia junto às lideranças e áreas de negócio da companhia.
Garantir a governança sobre os processos de gestão de mudanças (change management) e deploys em ambiente de produção.
Apoiar processos de auditorias internas e externas, assegurando o compliance regulatório da área.
Monitorar a performance de fornecedores e parceiros tecnológicos (gestão de AMS).
Estimular a digitalização da operação através da identificação de oportunidades de automação e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial desde a concepção de processos.
Conduzir ritos de performance (alinhamentos diários, reuniões semanais e comitês), elaborando relatórios executivos para a liderança.
Graduação completa em TI, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
Espanhol em nível intermediário ou avançado (capacidade para comunicação verbal).
Sólida experiência profissional na coordenação de operações de sustentação e AMS de sistemas SAP.
Domínio nos módulos do S/4HANA voltados para a frente de PTP (MM e EWM) e MDO (Dados Mestres).
Experiência corporativa prévia no segmento de indústrias de Bens de Consumo.
Vivência sólida com a governança de indicadores de chamados (SLA, backlog) e liderança de fornecedores terceirizados.
Pós-graduação ou MBA concluído em gestão de TI, projetos ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em projetos complexos de migração de sistemas legados ou SAP ECC para S/4HANA.
Inglês em nível avançado.
