What will you be doing here?
Tu misión principal será centralizar la información planificada de cada ciclo, controlar el presupuesto operativo del área y supervisar la cadena punta a punta: desde el trabajo con agencias de diseño e imprentas, hasta asegurar el ingreso físico y oportuno del material impreso al Centro de Distribución.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Gestión y Planificación Cíclica de Contenidos: Centralizar la información del ciclo y coordinar a la agencia externa para la edición, diseño editorial y comunicación de las publicaciones de consultoría de las 3 marcas.
Control Financiero y Presupuestal: Administrar el presupuesto operativo, elaborar pronósticos mensuales (forecasts) en coordinación con Contabilidad, y controlar costos, tirajes de impresión y pérdidas/mermas de los folletos y revistas.
Gestión de Proveedores, Cotizaciones y Contratos: Liderar la relación operativa y estratégica con agencias de diseño, proveedores de fotografía e imprentas. Participar en licitaciones, cotizaciones y alta de contratos en plataformas internas.
Proceso de Cadastro e Ingreso al Almacén: Administrar la creación de los 3 códigos internos clave (Código de Venta, Código de Material y Código de Barras impreso), coordinando la impresión e ingreso logístico del material al Centro de Distribución para el surtido de cajas de pedidos.

Lo que sí asumirás es el gran reto de ser un/a articulador/a estratégico/a en terreno y oficina, conectando con agencias, área comercial, finanzas y el Centro de Distribución para garantizar que nuestras consultoras reciban sus herramientas en tiempo y forma en todo el país.
Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Diseño o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Experiencia en empresas de Venta Directa (indispensable o altamente deseable) o del sector Cuidado Personal y Belleza. Experiencia comprobable gestionando agencias creativas, imprentas, control de presupuestos y procesos de compras.
Manejo de Herramientas: Dominio de SAP (órdenes de compra y trámites administrativos) y hojas de cálculo (Excel / Google Sheets)
Habilidades Blandas: Alta autonomía y proactividad para desenvolverte en un equipo en restructuración, excelente perfil relacional y de negociación con áreas internas/proveedores, y alto rigor organizativo orientado al detalle.
Gestión Administrativa en ERP: Generar Órdenes de Compra en SAP, asegurando la recepción de facturas y la gestión oportuna de pagos a proveedores.
