The Replenishment Analyst manages the flow of products to distribution centers by monitoring purchase orders and inventory levels. They analyze data to identify disruptions, create performance reports, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or finance is required, though extensive perishable supply chain experience may be substituted. Preferred candidates have 3 years of experience managing perishable inventories and a background in CPG or food manufacturing.
ROLE SUMMARY: The Replenishment Analyst will work collaboratively with the customer and internal partners to ensure the proper flow of product to the distribution centers and support the satisfaction of the club members. This is a highly complex role that requires a high degree of organization to monitor PO’s placed by the customer, online direct to home order fulfillment, and component inventory levels for accuracy and optimum flow of product, identifying root cause issues that are causing disruptions, and formalizing plans to address these issues. It will be necessary in this role to learn both internal systems as well as the customer’s systems used daily.
