The Associate Vice President will support and maintain production systems and applications, ensuring high availability and stability across infrastructure. They will also troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in a 24x7 on-call roster to restore services.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in production or application support, preferably within the banking or finance sector. Strong expertise in ITIL processes, cloud services, and messaging middleware is required, along with a tertiary qualification in a technology-related field.
