The representative serves as the primary point of contact for members, providing solutions for financial inquiries and processing various account transactions. They are responsible for cross-selling products, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with security and banking regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience. Previous credit union or retail banking experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

In this role many times you will serve as the first point of contact in the member journey with MY CREDIT UNION. The primary means of communication would be via telephone, but could include on-line email, mail, fax, or other communication channels. Knowledge of financial products, services, policies, and procedures is required. Must be willing to travel and support other MY CREDIT UNION branches.
